There's a distinct lack of clear communication regarding room types and availability!!! Daily cleaning might not occur as stated, leaving some areas feeling neglected. The noise from nearby restaurants can detract from relaxation during the evening.

Fabulous, clean place, worth its 4 stars. The hotel is in the very central location in a cove away from the prevailing winds. There's Giraffe Stop offering takeout at a short distance from the venue...

Space for our family to relax. The cabins nestled among trees were lovely, but we wished there were more shaded areas to enjoy. It was a fantastic stay with convenient beach access and great amenities.

Fantastic service and cozy accommodations!
The staff were accommodating, especially when I requested a ground floor room due to my knees. The cabin-style buildings are well arranged around a lovely courtyard, and my room had a little kitchen that was well stocked. Everything was clean, and the friendly atmosphere. The only thing I'd suggest is adding more shaded seating areas outside for those sunny afternoons.
